The honorees were nominated by their peers in the Birmingham legal community, and the nominations were then reviewed by an editorial board of Birmingham Magazine. Mr. Jackson was honored as one of only eleven “Best Lawyers” practicing in the area of personal injury and was also named one of 13 “Rising Stars” in the Birmingham legal community.
